bdk1 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bdk1 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdk1 ("bdk1", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdk1 website and all associated gaming, betting, and account services. The bdk1 platform provides online casino games, sports betting, and related services to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.
By accessing any part of the bdk1 platform — including browsing the game lobby, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your bdk1 account and must update that information promptly if it changes. bdk1 may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or subsequently, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents.
🔑 Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdk1 account password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdk1 support immediately.
⚠️ Duplicate Accounts
Opening or operating more than one bdk1 account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If bdk1 detects duplicate accounts linked to the same person, bdk1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold any winnings generated while the duplicate accounts were active.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
bdk1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major international card networks (Visa and Mastercard). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed on the payments page within your bdk1 account.
All withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. bdk1 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes set out in the payments section of the platform, which may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within five to thirty minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. bdk1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

bdk1 may require identity and payment method verification before approving a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention measure. Where verification documents are requested, players must provide them within the timeframe specified by bdk1 support. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

bdk1 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including applicable wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
bdk1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through coordinated wagering patterns or duplicate accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
Wagering requirement: unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
5. Prohibited Conduct
bdk1 operates on a fair play basis. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, disadvantages other players, or exploits technical errors or vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. bdk1 continuously monitors player activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct and reserves the right to take immediate action where such patterns are detected.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bdk1 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required. bdk1's determination in such matters is final.

bdk1 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available within your bdk1 account settings at any time. bdk1 encourages all players to use these features proactively and to set personal limits before beginning to play.

The bdk1 platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdk1 excludes all representations, warranties, or guarantees — whether express or implied — in connection with the platform and its services. bdk1 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bdk1's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the bdk1 platform shall be limited to the net deposited amount held in that player's bdk1 wallet at the time the claim arises. bdk1 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bdk1 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the bdk1 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, page layouts, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of bdk1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the bdk1 platform without prior written permission from bdk1. Your use of the bdk1 platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any platform content.
9. Amendments to These Terms
bdk1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdk1 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the bdk1 platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the bdk1 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the bdk1 platform and may request closure of your account by contacting bdk1 support.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bdk1 will endeavour to resolve any player disputes informally in the first instance. Players with a complaint or dispute should contact bdk1 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. bdk1 aims to acknowledge all support queries within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
